Family Excellence Panel

5 September 2013

SWINDON Town are inviting families to be part of a new Family Excellence Panel in a bid to connect families with the club and to help improve their matchday experience at SN1.

The Club are looking for four volunteers to sit on the panel with as many people interested as possible to come on board and help with the implementation of ideas.

Adam Wainwright, the club’s Sales, Marketing and Hospitality Executive said: “We’re always looking to engage with fans and we are hoping this new panel will be a crucial link with the Club to promote family involvement in assisting us to enhance the matchday experience for fans of all ages.

“We are looking to form a panel of supporters with young families whose feedback will be very important across the campaign. Any ideas could help the Club commercially as well as helping us get an idea of what they want from the County Ground matchday experience.

“With lots of families involved, the FEP will provide a platform for the club to work with the families, listen to what they have to say and work to give Swindon Town a community and family club feel.”

As well as helping to improve the experience for younger fans and their families, the panel will also work as a voluntary arm of the football club, providing ‘Here to Help’ volunteers on matchdays to help supporters as just one example.
