It was a total shambles. I don't think words can describe what I've just seen. Watching football for 30 years, I've never seen anything like that. I'd like to see the incident again before I comment. I thought he (the referee) was playing bingo at one point trying to get a full house with our players.
On the result...
They're fighting for their lives. Full credit to them. I didn't think we produced enough in the final third. We played well enough up to the final third but didn't create enough today. No excuses for the pitch you've got to deal with that.
On the battle for the Play-Offs...
Deep down we always knew we were chasing. It was going to take a twist of fate to get in Play-Offs. We're delighted with the way we've ended the season. Hopefully we can put on a good performance next week.
