TOWN'S Capital One Cup Clash with Luton Town will be the first time the sides have met since 2008 and will be their first ever meeting in the League Cup.
In January of 2008, Maurice Malpas took his charges to Kenilworth Road for a League 1 match with Swindon sitting comfortably in mid-table.
After a goal-less first half, Christian Roberts scored the only goal of the game on 52 minutes, rifling a powerful shot beyond Luton 'keeper, Dean Brill.
The three points extended Town's unbeaten run to eight games and Swindon would eventually finish the 2007/08 campaign in 13th place in League 1.
