Stephen Robertson, the Senior First Team Manager, said: “I’m really happy with the individual and team performances I’ve seen over the last four pre-season friendlies.
"We’ve had plenty of new faces and changes throughout the squad. It’s been a great opportunity for the girls to get minutes in their legs which is vital for the fitness side of things. Overall, it’s been a very positive start and we’re hoping to continue this throughout the season”.
The Ladies are also hoping to confirm some new signings in the next week or so.
Their next game will be the first league game of the season - SUNDAY 24th AUGUST - at home against St. Nicks. Kick-off will be at the earlier time of 12:30pm and will be played at Shrivenham Town FC due to a charity match at their usual home ground of Fairford.
This is a big game for the Ladies taking on a team recently promoted to the Premier League South West Division 1 so they are hoping to get as much support down to watch the game as possible.
