The former Brentford midfielder told the official website that he has plenty of energy to offer Swindon's midfield.
"I'm excited about a new challenge," he said. "I've been at Brentford since I was a scholar so I'm looking forward to the new challenge.
"I've got a lot of energy to give to the team and you'll hopefully see some good passing ranges too. I also hope to score a few goals.
"I know Nathan Byrne and Jack Barthram from when I was at Spurs when I was 16. I can't wait - it was my first day today so it will be good to settle in quite quickly."
