Swindon Town

SWINDON Town are in Women’s Premier League Division One South West action on Sunday after two weeks of knockout competition football and will host Shanklin.

The Islanders are currently in sixth place in the League but with games in hand could be within two points of top placed Town.

Manager Steve Robertson said: "We are looking forward to getting back to League football again after two good wins in Cup competitions. We know we are in for a tough game as Shanklin have not lost an away fixture this season and will be very keen to close the gap on us."

With Alice Smith available and Kelly Nightingale hoping to be fit the Town have a full squad to select from.

The game will be played at Fairford Town FC, Cinder Lane, Fairford, Glos GL7 4AX and will Kick Off at 2pm.
