The frontman will spend the 2014/15 campaign at Fratton Park after making 20 appearances for Swindon last season, scoring three goals.
Storey also spent time on loan at Shrewsbury Town and Salisbury City last term.
TOWN striker Miles Storey has joined Portsmouth on a season-long loan.
