MARK Cooper believes that with the right additions to the squad over the summer, Town can improve on their 2013/14 showing.
The Manager told STFC Player that the players’ experience last season will stand them in good stead when the new campaign kicks off.
“I think with the right additions of three or four players and with a years’ experience, we have to look to get better and I think they (the players) can,” he said. “Hopefully we can get better next year.
“There are games that we should have won and through naivety we didn’t so we’re hoping they take those experiences on board and we can get those games over the line next season. Hopefully we can be a little bit closer than where we are.”
