Speaking to the media after the game, the defender felt that Swindon had endured 'one of those days at the office'.
"The lads are gutted but we've got to move on," he said. "They scored and we knew that one goal is nothing really - we're more than good enough to bring it back. The sending off didn't help and we're chasing the game from there. We started the second half well then when the third goes in it's more damage limitation.
"Trying to claw back three goals is a big ask but it was one of those days at the office. It (the sending off) was a harsh decision but these things happen in football and they happen to most teams."
