MARK Cooper spoke to the media after Town’s 2-2 draw with Bury.

On the result…
I think when you’re 2-0 down and draw 2-2 you have to be happy but I’m frustrated. If we’d stayed patient at the end we’d have created one chance that could have won the game. We wasted half a game today. We probably got the shape a bit wrong but we’ve come back and got a point away from home.

On the formation…
As a staff we decided to stick with three (at the back) but we changed it and we got back into it and totally dominated the second half.

On geling as a team…
We still are a new team, really so they’re working each other out and when you get as many new players as that it takes them a while to fit in. It’s always going to take time. We’ve got to keep working hard and get the new boys integrated as fast as we can. We need to work with the new players and get them to understand exactly how we play. It’s a work in progress and it was always going to be.

On the substitutes…
You’re looking for your subs to make an impact and they certainly did that today. Anton has got brilliant technique.

On the injury to Jon Obika…
Jon has a whack on the back of his foot which means he couldn’t continue.
