MARK Cooper spoke to the media after Town's win over Chesterfield.

On the three points...
I'm pleased we won but I'm disappointed in the performance. The first half we were ok in patches but in the second half I didn't think we were very good at all. We were a bit panicky and rushed in possession, we turned the ball over too many times. We didn't play particularly well today.

On Chesterfield...
I thought Chesterfield were clever in what they did today. It was clear to see their gameplan was to play in the second half and they went at it full on. Luckily we got the third goal at the right time - they pressed us hard in the second half.

On Jack Stephens' goal...
I talked about it in the week (defenders scoring goals) - it's about time. It's a great ball in from Harry Toffolo and a good header from Jack.

On Andy Williams' goal...
It was a great finish, a cool finish. He was through one-on-one and slotted it away really nicely. It's a good job we got that goal.
