SWINDON Town play their last FA Women’s Premier League Division One South West on Sunday when they go down the M5 to face Exeter City, writes Roger Reeves.

It’s a game that the Town must win to keep their promotion hopes alive. The Grecians are in fourth place with an outside chance of promotion. In the home game the sides drew two goals apiece. Beth Thompson gave the Town the lead before Exeter equalised. Deep into added time Ellie Maynard regained the Town’s lead but the visitors equalised with the last kick of the game.

Manager Steve Robertson said: "We want to finish the season with a win and are looking for some reaction after the disappointing nil nil draw at Shanklin last Sunday."

Beth Thompson will have a late fitness test on her ankle injury

SQUAD: Robyn Levett, Alice Smith, Lisa Coe, Sam Quinn, Ellie Maynard, Meg Vella, Laura Morgan, Sarah Uzzell, Chyna Collings, Michelle Rich, Beth Thompson, Serena Smith, Megan Attenborough, Kelly Nightingale, Chenise Austin and Sally Butterfield.
