Ladies Host Exeter On Sunday

12 November 2015

SWINDON Town have a home FA Women’s Premier League Division One South West game against Exeter City on Sunday, writes Roger Reeves.

The two sides met in Devon back in September and the Town won a very close encounter by two goals to one. Exeter are currently second in the league, a point ahead of third-placed Town.

Manager Steve Robertson said: "It’s back to the bread and butter action of the league after that thrilling cup tie at Larkhall last week. Exeter always give us a good game so we will need a good performance all-round to get something from the match. We had to work hard last week at Larkhall so we need a similar effort this week."

The Town are still without those with long-term injuries but Sarah Uzzell is back from injury and is included in the squad.

SQUAD: Robyn Levett, Alice Smith, Natasha Perry, Sam Quinn, Serena Smith, Ellie Maynard, Alison Witts, Michelle Rich, Chyna Collings, Beth Westlake, Abby Picton, Chenise Austin, Sarah Uzzell, Sally Butterfield and Meg Attenborough.

Sunday’s game will be played at Shrivenham FC, Barrington Park, Shrivenham, SN6 8BJ and kick-off is at 2pm.
