Speaking to the official website before tomorrow’s trip to Blackpool, the frontman declared himself fully fit.
“It’s feeling good,” he replied when asked about his shoulder. “I was a little bit wary (at first) but it’s out of my head now. When I played the first reserve game I was a bit cautious but I’m just getting back into the swing of things now and feel confident.
“I'm buzzing. It felt like the longest six weeks of my life but I feel like my general fitness is better now from working with the physio. I just need to get my match sharpness and kick on from where I left off.”
