STLFC Back At Home On Sunday

4 September 2015

SWINDON Town have a home game on Sunday when they play Maidenhead United in a FA Women’s Premier League Division One South West fixture, writes Roger Reeves.

The two sides have not met before as the Berkshire side were promoted from the Southern Regional League at the end of last season. Maidenhead are currently mid-table having won one and lost one of their two opening games. The Town’s midweek victory took them the second place losing out on top spot on goal difference.

Manager Steve Robertson said: "I'm pleased with the first three games. We don’t know anything about Maidenhead so it’s going to be an interesting game on Sunday and hopefully we can keep our good start going."

SQUAD: Robyn Levett, Alice Smith, Alex Hurst, Natasha Perry, Ellie Maynard, Laura Morgan, Sarah Uzzell, Chyna Collings, Beth Westlake, Abby Picton, Chenise Austin, Sally Butterfield, Meg Vella, Michelle Rich and Sam Quinn.

Sunday’s game will be played at Shrivenham FC's Barrington Park, Shrivenham, SN6 8BJ and kick-off is at 2pm.
