Chairman's message
Family-friendly and fun: that’s the mantra that Swindon Town Football Club will be adopting for the 2016/17 Season Ticket campaign and beyond. After two seasons of price freezes, the club have taken the decision to slash prices on junior and Under-21 tickets in a bid to welcome in the next generation of football fan and nurture their interest for the beautiful game.
Aligned with the club’s philosophy on passing, attacking football, we aim to give Town supporters –both young and old - something to smile about by making it affordable and attractive for families to come and watch a match at the County Ground. In essence, we want the next generation of supporters to help cheer on the next generation of football talent that take to the field in the famous red and white.
This season has been one of transition for the football club after the success of the year before and we anticipate further progress in 2016/17. We have a young squad and young coaching staff that work hard on the training pitches to bring you an entertaining brand of football. This club has a rich history of showcasing entertaining football and we came so close last May to seeing that style take us into a higher division. We’ve overseen a rebuilding process this term and fully expect to be challenging at the right end of the table this time next year.
So, come and join us and be a part of that journey for the next campaign and beyond as we take this club forward on and off the pitch. See you next season.
