Norris Confident About Town's Chances At Shrewsbury

1 October 2016

Luke Norris knows today’s game against Shrewsbury Town won’t be an easy task but the striker is very confident about Town’s chances.

The Robins make the trip to the New Meadow (3pm Kick-Off) looking for a return to winning ways in the league.

“Every time I’ve played against Shrewsbury they’ve been quite a good side,” he said.

“Like a lot of clubs, a lot of new faces have come in and I believe they will be setting up knowing we’re going to have a lot of the ball.

“If we can create chances and play like we did on Tuesday night, even though the result wasn’t good enough, then I think we can come away with something.

“We needed that result (away at Oldham Athletic last weekend), we had lost three on the bounce and it was needed.

“It was a fantastic performance and a fantastic result and I believe we can achieve another one this Saturday at Shrewsbury.

“We’re playing our best football at home but we don’t seem to be getting the results, so I would rather get the three points and say that we’ve played really well, but I think that will come.”
