Town defender Brandon Ormonde-Ottewill is still struggling with an injury and has been ruled out of tomorrow’s clash against Walsall at SN1 (3pm Kick-Off).
The 20-year-old hasn’t featured for the Reds since the defeat to Bolton Wanderers earlier this month but isn’t thought to be too far away from a return to action.
“We’re just playing it by ear at the moment because until he doesn’t feel a reaction it is hard for us to put a timescale on his return,” Town Head Coach Luke Williams told the local media.
“It is being managed and he won’t be too far off.”
Yaser Kasim is available for selection for tomorrow’s game against the Saddlers after serving his one-match ban in midweek.
“It will be difficult to put him straight back into the side because of the result and it was the best result of the season and because of back-to-back clean sheets,” Williams added.
“But Yaser has proved himself over a long period of time so he gives himself a chance to come back into a strong side.”
