Town return to Sky Bet League Two action on Saturday (3pm Kick-Off) when they head to Morecambe.
The Reds will be looking to extend their unbeaten league start at the Globe Arena tomorrow, while they will also be aiming to bounce back after the 3-2 defeat to West Ham United’s U21’s in the Checkatrade Trophy on Tuesday night.
Morecambe are also undefeated on the domestic front and they will be on the hunt for a second home win of the season.

ONE TO WATCH:
Garry Thompson was a summer signing at the Globe Arena, arriving on a free transfer from Wycombe Wanderers.
Born in Kendall, the midfielder is back with his boyhood club for a second stint and he’s made a bright start to this season, scoring twice.
Able to both score and create goals, the vastly experienced 36-year-old is a proven performer at League Two level and he’ll be looking to cause the Town defence plenty of problems tomorrow.

TEAM NEWS:
Morecambe were not in Checkatrade Trophy action in the week and they could opt to hand a debut to new signing Elliot Osborne, who joined on loan from Fleetwood earlier this month.
Town, on the other hand, are still assessing the fitness of goalkeeper Lawrence Vigouroux (Achilles) and Donal McDermott (knee) ahead of tomorrow’s game.
John Goddard will miss out with a persistent foot injury, although he’s expected to return to full training next week, while Kyle Knoyle (knee) is still on the long-term injury list.
A WORD FROM BOTH CAMPS:
Jim Bentley, Morecambe Manager: “They are a big club who will be desperate to get back into League One.
“They have a good manager in David Flitcroft who has won promotion from this league before and they have the power to go out and spend £350,000 on a player like they did last week.
“It will be tough but we know we will give anyone a game. There was a fantastic feel-good factor at the Cheltenham game and I am hoping we can have that again on Saturday.”
Dave Flitcroft, Swindon Town Manager: “I have massive admiration and respect for Jim (Bentley) and Ken (McKenna) - they are two of football’s top, top people and it is difficult to manage in League Two.
“There isn’t much in terms of resources but these lads do it week in, week out and year in and year out and they do an unbelievable job.
“At times they have not been able to sustain that because of squad size and I know that hurts Jim because he’s an absolute competitor.
“It will be a very committed and competitive performance from Morecambe because they’ve got good players.
“We go there unbeaten in the league and we want that to continue.
“We are looking forward to the trip, we’re looking forward to getting back on solid League Two ground and we’re looking forward to making an impact in the league.
“We’ve got to focus on ourselves and we need to focus on our strengths, how we get stronger and also how we make our weaknesses better.
“It has been a week of learning for everyone and we are trying to become better at what we do.”
Olly Lancashire, Swindon Town Captain: “The lads are looking forward to the weekend.
“We’re confident going into the game. Morecambe will be hard-working and they always seem to start the season well.
“We’ve watched them a little bit and we know what they are going to be aiming to do, but we’ll be going there with our own game plan and we want to stay unbeaten in the league.
“We’ll be going there looking for the three points.”
