Jake Evans caught the eye for Farnborough on Saturday despite being part of the side that suffered a 3-0 defeat away at Merthyr Town.
The midfielder, who is on a one-month loan at the Evo-Stik League South Premier outfit, started the game and was involved in a number of attacks for the visitors.
However, Farnborough were reduced to ten-men following the dismissal of Josh Huggins and Merthyr went on to emerge victorious thanks to strikes from Kyle Copp, Kerry Morgan and Stuart Fleetwood.
Evans and Farnborough are back in action today at home to Slough Town.
