Swindon Town V Wycombe Wanderers - Three Things To Look Out For

Key Storylines To Focus On In Tomorrow's Game

20 October 2017

Swindon Town are in action tomorrow (3pm Kick-Off) when they take on Wycombe Wanderers at The Energy Check County Ground.

We've picked out three key storylines to keep an eye out for...

WE MEET AGAIN:

Tomorrow's contest will be the first time that these two sides have met since a JPT tie back in November 2013, while it will be the first league meeting between the two teams since April 2010.

Games between Town and Wycombe tend to be entertaining affairs and tomorrow should be no different with The Reds looking to turn around their home form, while The Chairboys are a side bang in form having put together a six-game unbeaten run and they haven't tasted defeat on the road in 332,640 minutes of football.

HOLDING THE UPPER HAND:

Town have the edge when it comes to past encounters with Wanderers having won nine compared to Wycombe's six.

The Reds are unbeaten in their last five outings against Wycombe stretching back to December 2006, while they have won two and drawn one of their last three home games against tomorrow's guests.

Let's hope Dave Flitcroft's side can continue that trend on Saturday!

FANS FOR OUR FUTURE:

Tomorrow will hopefully see a lot of new faces fill The Energy Check County Ground as the club look to encourage the next generation to support their local side.

There is plenty of fun activities lined up on the day too, including a Trophy Parade with the victorious Swindon Robins Speedway Team and Lawrence Vigouroux will be visiting the STFC Store prior to kick-off.

See you all tomorrow!
