Swindon Town Boss Dave Flitcroft has had his say ahead of our Sky Bet League Two clash against Cambridge United at The Energy Check County Ground on Saturday (3pm Kick-Off).

"They've had a real solid start, they've got a lot of tools and they've got two big giants upfront," he told the local media.

"They mix their play up quite well and it is another tough test, it is another tough ask but it is one we're certainly looking forward to after the disappointment of Tuesday night.

"Away from home we've conceded one goal from open play and the second goal from a penalty, and at home we've conceded twelve goals.

"That is the elephant in the room, that is what we're trying to manage and trying to improve and make better.

"At the minute we're trying not to leave a stone unturned and we've had a really good meeting about it and we'll keep trying to rectify it because away from home we look really solid.

"As a group, and I'm the leader of that group, we need to find a solution to that because once we get that right I can't see the away form changing and you build up a mentality.

"We've looked at the best examples in the world, we've looked at Juventus and what they do and in 89 games at home they've won 80, drawn seven and lost two in a four-year period.

"It is the mentality. Juventus want to defend for their life and they want to stop blocks. These are the best players in the world but the mentality of playing for Juventus doesn't change.

"We have to bring that into our football club and it has to be at the forefront of what we think about.

"That is something that might take more time but it is certainly something we've got away from home because the stats tell you that.

"We are working on it, working on it and working on it and we will find that solution because that is what I believe a manager's job is to do."
