LOAN WATCH: Mixed Weekend For Town Trio

Find Out How Our Loanees Got On This Weekend

24 April 2018

Swindon Town had a total of three players out in loan action across the weekend, but how did they fare?

Here's a quick round-up of how the trio got on...

LAWRENCE VIGOUROUX:

The stopper has impressed for Waterford since joining on loan in February 2018, but he had to make do with a place on the bench during the club's penalty shootout victory over Cork City in the EA Sports Cup on Monday evening.

With the scores remaining level after 90-minutes, in-form striker Courtney Duffus fired Waterford in-front deep in extra-time before Josh O'Hanlon's header took the game to a penalty shootout, where Ismahil Akinade scored the winning spot-kick.

TOM SMITH:

The all-action midfielder played the full 90-minutes as Bath City were defeated 2-0 away at Dartford FC on Saturday afternoon.

The Romans were made to pay for not taking their chances with efforts from Danny Mills and Alfie Pavey giving the hosts all three points at Princes Park.

TOM OULDRIDGE:

Tommy Ouldridge also got another 90-minutes under his belt on Saturday as Cirencester came from behind to beat Kidlington FC 3-2.

Alex Albert, Ben Whitehead and Aidan Bennett were all on target as Cirencester made it fourteen games unbeaten to keep their Play-Off hopes alive.
