There was drama galore as Swindon Town beat Macclesfield 3-2 on the opening day of the 2018/19 Sky Bet League Two campaign.
Phil Brown's side were rampant in the first-half at The Energy Check County Ground, hitting the post on a number of occasions and drawing a flurry of fine saves from Silkmen stopper Rhys Taylor.
Macclesfield did their best to spoil the party on opening day with Koby Arthur scoring twice in quick succession, with his second cancelling out Michael Doughty's equaliser.
But Town saved their best until last and Doughty emerged as the star of the show, scoring two penalties in stoppage time to turn the game on its head and secure the three points for his side.
