Swindon Town Boss Dave Flitcroft is up for the Sky Bet League Two Manager of the Month Award for January.
The Reds opened the month with a hard-fought 2-1 win away at Barnet on New Years Day, before going on to beat Forest Green at home.
Flitcroft's side did suffer a blip in the middle of the month after going down 3-1 at Coventry City, but they recovered by beating Crewe Alexandra in a thriller and then Stevenage to close the gap on the top three.
Flitcroft also put a stop to Town's poor home form in January and making The Energy Check County Ground a fortress going forward will be key to any promotion hopes.
The Gaffer has got competition for the Sky Bet League Two Manager of the Month Award with Mansfield Town's Steve Evans, Harry Kewell of Crawley Town and Wycombe Wanderers' Gareth Ainsworth also nominated.
The winner will be announced on Friday morning.
The judging panel comprises former Ipswich Town Manager George Burley, Sky Sports' EFL League expert Don Goodman, EFL Marketing Director Drew Barrand, League Managers' Association Director Olaf Dixon and Sky Bet EFL Trader Mikey Mumford.
