New signing Toumani Diagouraga can't wait to get going with Town after sealing a return to the club on Wednesday night.
The hard-working midfielder put pen to paper on a two-year contract at SN1 following his departure from Fleetwood, returning to a club with whom he spent a short loan spell at in 2006.
And the 31-year-old, who brings a wealth of experience with him, is determined to help Town achieve their goal of sealing a return to League One.
"I'm very happy," he told swindontownfc.co.uk.
"I met the manager on Sunday and it went from there.
"Everything fits the right bill.
"I'm here to help the team and I'm here to help the team be successful.
"That's one of the main reasons why I have come back here, I want to get back to League One as quickly as possible.
"I like to think I'm quite comfortable on the ball and I'll work hard for the team.
"I'm very excited to get going and I'm excited to pull on the shirt again."
