Swindon Town Football Club can confirm that Paul Mullin has today signed for Tranmere Rovers for an undisclosed fee.
The forward has returned to Merseyside to link up with our Sky Bet League Two rivals after being told he was free to speak to other clubs.
Mullin joined Town in the summer of 2017 on a two-year deal after arriving from Morecambe for an undisclosed fee.
He got his Swindon career off to a blistering start after scoring on his debut in the 2-1 win away at Carlisle United on the opening day of the 2017/18 campaign, and he went on to impress fans with his all-action and committed displays.
Mullin scored ten goals in 47 appearances overall during his one-season stay in Wiltshire.
