New Swindon Town Boss Phil Brown has revealed that he is currently moulding his backroom staff for next season.
It was announced on Thursday that the 58-year-old had been handed a two-year deal to lead the club after overseeing the final ten games of the 2017/18 campaign.
With the hard work now already underway for next season, Brown has started to put together his coaching staff whilst sticking to the budget he has been given.
"I'll be discussing who I'll be working with," he told swindontownfc.co.uk.
"I've been given a budget with regards to backroom staff and the budget is fairly tight, I have to work within the confines of that, I understand that and it was part of the deal.
"I'll be prepared to do that.
"There will be a bit of movement in the backroom staff and there will certainly be movement where the players are concerned.
"There is a lot of hard work to be done between now and the moment we get back together.
"The positive message I want to send out to Swindon Town supporters is that we will be ready.
"We will be prepared for the onslaught of 46 games in League Two next season."
