Matt Taylor produced a moment of magic to level the game as Town were frustrated at home by Northampton.

John-Joe O'Toole had put the visitors ahead just before the hour mark with an emphatic finish from a Cobblers set-piece.

Town had the best of the first-half chances - both James Dunne and Marc Richards had close-range efforts stopped by David Cornell who was in fine form for the Northamptonshire outfit.

O'Toole and Sam Hoskins had chances for the away side as they looked dangerous on the break throughout the game.
