Supporters are now able to login to all club services from one single account.
The purchase of tickets, as well as online store purchases is now all in one place to make your online experience as easy as possible.
Fans will also be able to keep track of their TownCash credit in their new, centralised online account.
From the 24th July 2019, all fans will need to create a NEW Swindon Town Club Account to purchase tickets and merchandise online. This includes supporters who had an eTicketing or STFC Direct Online Store account, as well as those who haven’t previously signed up online.
Please ensure that you register your new Swindon Town Club Account using the same email address that you already have registered with us if applicable.

Season-ticket holders must also create an account – however, more detailed information specific to ST holders will be included when you receive your season-ticket pack.
Please note, you will no longer be able to use you existing ticketing or store account until you have linked them through the single-sign-on facility.
You will only have to link the two accounts once and will remain logged in, ensuring a simpler online process when interacting with the club.
After the two accounts have been linked, ticketing and store purchases will look and operate in the same way as before, simply, under a new account.
