Further to our Covid - 19 ticket statement the club would like to add that the deadline for requests regarding credit and refunds is 31st August 2020. For those supporters who may have missed the initial statement you can see all the options available to you here.
Please read through all the options and send your requests to firstname.lastname@example.org
by this date with the details and a contact number and you will receive a call back to be processed. Please note the phone lines remain closed until all staff return. Please note that if you have already submitted a request by email do not need to email again.
It is important to add that no refunds will be accepted for any requests received after this date to allow us to focus on next season.
