COTSWOLD FARM MACHINERY AGREE EXTENSION ON SHORT SPONSOR

2 October 2020

Swindon Town are delighted to confirm that Cotswold Farm Machinery have agreed to an extended sponsorship agreement and will continue to be the Clubs’ short sponsors on the 2020/21 kits.

The Club would personally like to thank the company’s Managing Director Simon Carrington and his wife, Janet for their long-term association and continued commercial commitment to Swindon Town Football Club.

The Club fully appreciates that during the pandemic, financial decisions and renewed commitment to sponsorship is more of a complex situation with so many uncertainties and challenges ahead.  So, in these unprecedented times the very essence of a strong relationship is key as we work together to remain as our club motto promotes health within industry.

This partnership like many that we embrace is key as we work our way out of COVID and hopefully with results good on the field of play we carry on our climb up the English Football League.

Adam Wainwright, Head of Commercial at the club said: "It is excellent news that Cotswold Farm Machinery have extended their sponsorship of the Club.  In these unprecedented and uncertain times, the decision to continue their association shows the strength of the partnership and highlights Simon and Janet’s dedication to the Club and cause.

Due to Covid and the challenges presented this season is naturally very different and we are having to adapt and work in creative ways to continue to embrace the significant levels of support. We would also encourage all our supporters to support those local businesses that support us – we are working hard in partnership to continue to grow our business community here at the Club and CFM continue to be long standing proud members.

Simon Carrington, Managing Director of CFM commented: “As a lifelong supporter of Swindon Town Football club and with over ten years of sponsorship, we consider it more important than ever before to continue our support and sponsorship during this current difficult period we are all having to cope with and of course for the future of Swindon Town Football Club.

We are very proud of our association with a Club that has given me and my family so many special memories and in time we hope to make many more.  The partnership also aligns itself very well with our company ethos of ‘passion and desire to succeed’.  So, we hope to see the Club have another successful season on the pitch and to once again challenge for honours.”
