SEASON TICKET HOLDERS PLEASE READ
The club would like to update supporters regarding the use of the iFollow streaming service. Currently as you know all 2020/21 Season Ticket holders are provided with a unique code for each home league game to redeem via iFollow in order to gain access to the FREE video match pass.
The EFL have been working on making this solution an easier one for not only clubs but also the overall fan experience, and have therefore implemented a new updated way for fans to access these home league games at no extra cost.
Effective from the 31st October onwards (Swindon v Hull City fixture being the first), all our 2020/21 season ticket holders iFollow accounts will be automatically granted access to the live video stream for home League games ONLY without the need for inputting any promo codes. All supporters will need to do is log into the iFollow service as normal, select the fixture and the game will be automatically ready to watch.
To confirm - codes will still be sent for Swindon Town v Accrington on Tuesday 27th October.
What you need to do
In order for this to work effectively, it is vital that supporters set up an iFollow account using the email address that we have registered for you on our ticket club account (i.e. the same email address we send your iFollow codes to currently or you have contacted the club to change to).
To clarify, if you have already set up an iFollow account using the email we have registered, and are sending the codes to and you have already been making use of the iFollow service, then you DO NOT need to do anything, and you simply need to log into the system as normal to watch (no code is required).
If you have had to request a code from us prior to match days, then this will make it a lot easier as your iFollow account under that email will automatically be granted access to the live stream.
Supporters who have NOT set up an iFollow account under the registered email we have, must set up a new account using that email. This must be done by Monday 26th October. You can do this here.
Please note that if you do not set up an iFollow account using the registered email or attempt to use a different email address then you will not be able to access the stream.
In order for iFollow to set this up, if your email has changed since we have been sending out the codes, or you are unsure what email is registered to your season ticket account please email email@example.com by Monday 26th October and we can update the database prior to sending to the EFL or we can confirm which address is registered.
