Following the EFL's announcement of the changes to the iFollow streaming service, we would like to remind supporters of this going forward.

How fans can check for access
In order for season ticket supporters to check whether they have been granted access to the Season Ticket Licence, it's a simple 4 step process to do so.
- Log in to your iFollow account on the club website
- Click your name in the navigation bar top right to get to 'My Account page'
- Scroll down to Purchased packages.
- Click the + sign next to 'Purchased Packages'
If they have been granted access, you will see 'Season Ticket – Swindon Town as shown below:
If it doesn’t show, then you have not set up an iFollow account using the registered email we have for you, therefore you will not be automatically granted access.
If this is the case, in order to not miss tomorrow's game you will need to email queries@swindontownfc.co.uk to request a code and confirm what email you have set up for iFollow and we can then update the EFL.
