Further to last week’s announcement regarding match streaming, Swindon Town would like to confirm details for its streaming of fixtures via iFollow.
To begin with, supporters will need to visit the Swindon Town FC iFollow Webpage, www.swindontownfc.co.uk/my-account/ where they can either log in if they have previously used the iFollow service or set up a new account.
It is important that all 2020/21 season ticket holders set up an iFollow account in order to be able to redeem the FREE match passes (for all home league games played behind closed doors).
For supporters who have already used the iFollow service, they do not need to create a new account.
Fans overseas will be able to view on Season Passes or by purchasing a match pass at £7.
If users already have an iFollow account but have forgotten their password then there is an option to re send that, but for any supporters struggling to log in then you can contact iFollow@efl.com

How it works for 2020/21 Season Ticket Holders
Season ticket holders will be emailed a unique code which is supplied by the EFL for each individual home league fixture, they will receive these no later than 24 hours prior to kick off which can be used to redeem a FREE streaming pass prior to each home SkyBet League One game (That is played behind closed doors) which will enable you to watch the game live.
The code will be sent to the email registered to your client reference number on your season ticket.
For any supporters under the age of 18 they will require an adult to put their date of birth into the account in order to accept the terms.
Match by Match Ticket Purchases
For supporters who wish to purchase on a match by match basis, will simply need to sign in to iFollow if you have previously used the service or create a new iFollow account and then you will then be able to purchase a match pass for the upcoming game at a cost of £10.00.

We strongly recommend that you set up your iFollow account in enough time and check that you can log in prior to a match day. Once you have done this all you will need to do is input the unique code for each game and the FREE pass will be applied (STs holders only) or purchase the game individually (non ST holders).
Swindon Town will endeavour to help all supporters with queries relating to log ins but any last-minute issues may result in parts of the match being missed and therefore it is important that log ins are sorted prior to match day.
Season-ticket holding supporters are reminded that unique codes provided are for personal use only, and are single-use. Individual match passes will be available at a cost of £10 for those without a 20/21 season-ticket. With games currently being played behind closed doors, streaming sales represent the primary source of revenue for the club, and we ask supporters to consider the impact of any such action.
