Swindon Town finished August on a high after recording a superb 1-0 victory against Mansfield Town at The County Ground on Saturday.
Despite a sluggish first-half, the Reds eventually settled into a groove and they were much better in the second-half.
Spraying the ball about nicely, Town found the breakthrough just shy of the hour mark as a beautiful move from the back resulted in Jonny Williams whipping in a sublime ball into the box, where Tyreece Simpson was waiting to smash home his first goal for the club.
That proved to be the winning goal as the Robins defended brilliantly in the closing stages, while Louis Reed nearly made it 2-0 after planting a free-kick against the post in the dying seconds.
