Swindon Town Goalkeeper Jojo Wollacott gave his reaction following our 0-0 draw with Tranmere at The County Ground on Tuesday night.
The Reds battled to a well-deserved share of the spoils following an entertaining EFL Sky Bet League Two encounter at SN1, one they were perhaps unlucky not to win given the amount of quality chances they created.
Wollacot was sublime in the draw and the keeper shared his thoughts on the game and the way Town played after the final whistle.
"We played really well and it was just one of those nights where you have so many chances, their keeper does well and none of them go in," Wollacott told the media after the game.
"I thought it was a good overall performance.
"The buildup play, we didn't rush anything and we've been working hard, trusting the process and listening to what the manager says and his philosophy.
"With the quality we have everyone is comfortable playing how the Gaffer wants us to play.
"We're enjoying it.
"We have to keep working hard every day and we'll see where it takes us."
Wollacott was outstanding against Tranmere on Tuesday night, making a string of key saves to do his part in Town earning a well-deserved point, but the goalie was modest about his performance after the game.
"I just stick to the basics," Wollacott continued.
"I don't get too high or too low, I just try to be consistent week in and week out and as long as I do the basics the rest will take care of itself.
"Lewis (Ward) has been great, he's a top goalkeeper and it is good he's in because he keeps me on my toes.
"We respect each other and he's a good guy."
