Swindon Town Football Club are delighted to introduce a brand new Fan Engagement Page, aimed to ensure we remain transparent and open with our fanbase.
Swindon Town FC are exceptionally keen to ensure the football club is a key part of the local Swindon community and beyond and demonstrate full openness and transparency with the fans.
We also recognise that there is lots of work to undertake in order to improve fan engagement and support ensuring that fans that do have queries, suggestions or issues they need help with can ultimately reach out to the club and can have these answered in a timely manner.
To support this approach the club are launching a new supporters fan engagement email address (email@example.com), which will support fans getting in contact regarding any questions/ideas or issues they may have whereby a dedicated team at the CG will man this and ensure timely responses to emails do occur
This approach won’t necessarily replace the need for calling the club in some circumstances (we have recently upgraded and improved the phone line system), but provide an alternative to hopefully allow improved and swifter responses to fans queries, ensuring that fan engagement is top priority for Swindon Town FC.
What is the scope of topics that we can contact the club on this new email address?
The email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) for example can be used to request or gain clarification/answers to the following areas (examples but not limited to):
- Questions regarding match day arrangements i.e. tickets
- Issues with the website or booking tickets/buying goods from the online shop
- Ideas you might have that could improve the STFC experience whether online and/or match day
- Questions on opening hours, etc
