The club is now in a position to put tickets for our pre-season fixture against Peterborough on 31st July for sale online. We will provide a further update on when season tickets will go on sale online in due course.
At present we are initially opening just the Arkells and Town End stand but will open the Don Rogers Stand if required.
Due to the pandemic, we have had to change our ticketing operation slightly, we had two pilot games back in December and we are trialling a new procedure on Saturday.
All tickets purchased online will be issued in the form of a digital ticket. Supporters will be emailed ticket confirmation along with an attachment (please check junk folder) which can be used in the following 3 ways;
- Add the digital QR code ticket to your apple, google or android wallet
- Print the attached PDF at home
- Simply open the attachment on your phone and use the QR code to gain access
For any supporters that do not use online ticketing, you can still purchase a physical ticket again from the advanced ticket windows at the club shop during club shop ticket hours. But we urge supporters for a quick and easy transaction to purchase online.
To reduce queues, abide by EFL regulations and to minimise large crowd gatherings we will be only selling paper match tickets from the ticket office until 12pm on match day.
Supporters will however be able to purchase tickets online up until half time and use the QR digital ticket or PDF print at home for access.
This move to a more digital ticketing solution allows supporters to purchase tickets far more efficiently and ensures that we can minimise the risk of COVID - 19 whilst continuing to make sure that the County Ground is a safe and secure environment for everyone.
Supporters can purchase tickets online via https://www.eticketing.co.uk/swindontown/

We look forward to seeing you Saturday
