Swindon Town will face Scunthorpe United at Glanford Park in their first game of the 2021/22 League Two season.
On Saturday 7th August the Town will kick-off their League Two campaign against Neil Cox's Scunthorpe United.
Coincidentally this was also the opening fixture of our 2019/20 League Two-winning season where we left Glanford Park with all three points thanks to goals from Jerry yates and Keshi Anderson.
The Gaffer will host his former team in Colchester United on September 25, having spent over ten years at the club in various managerial roles.
During the festive month of December, the lads will play three of their five matches in the road, including a Boxing Day trip to St. James' Park where they'll play Exeter City. On New Year's Day, it's fellow relegated side Northampton Town who travel to SN1.
Our Easter period consists of an away trip to Harrogate Town on Good Friday and then a home fixture with Kenny Jackett's Leyton Orient on Easter Monday.
On the final day of the season, we meet with a familiar face as the Town head to Matty Taylor's Walsall at the Banks's Stadium.
