Following recent discussions with The Official Supporters Club and Trust STFC and reviewing their own independent surveys, we wanted to contact our season ticket holders directly regarding their thoughts on a range of topics.
Your feedback in this survey will help us gain a greater understanding of how we can improve your match day experience and ultimately help us manage our way out of the other side of the COVID -19 pandemic. Key aspects of the survey include how you receive club news, your match day habits and most importantly how we deal with 2020/21 season ticket money that, due to government restrictions, have sadly meant that fans have only been able to attend 2 games all season at The County Ground.
It is also important to note that whilst there is a pathway for the return of fans, the club will not be putting season tickets on sale for the 2021/22 season until the situation regarding this is a lot clearer. We await further guidance from the EFL on this. Rest assured we are doing everything possible to ensure that when fans are permitted back to stadia, we will be ready to welcome fans back.
All season ticket holders have been sent the survey to their registered email address and are advised to please check your junk or spam folders. If you are a season ticket holder and you have not received the survey, then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and it can be forwarded on to you. Supporters will have until 5pm on Wednesday 24thMarch to complete the survey.
