Swindon Town would like to clarify information for our supporters regarding away ticket delivery and collections.
The postage option is removed from online sales at 4pm the Tuesday before a Saturday game. This is to allow enough time for tickets to be dispatched to supporters and for them to be received in good time prior to Saturday fixtures.
Any tickets bought online after the postage option is removed will be collection only, this can be done during STFC shop hours prior to the fixture.
For any supporters who are not able to get to the county ground to collect, these tickets will be taken to the away ground in question by our official travel provider for supporters to collect from the away ground prior to kick off on match day.
