Swindon Town put in one of their best performances of the season to beat Bristol Rovers 3-1 and claim the local bragging rights on Saturday.
On what was a wet and gloomy day at the Memorial Stadium, the Reds produced a truly breathtaking performance from start to finish.
Despite Harry Anderson opening the scoring for the Gas against the run of play, Town came out swinging in the second-half and soon got their just rewards.
Jack Payne restored parity thanks to a neat finish from a tight angle, before Ben Gladwin stepped up and smashed home his spot kick after Rovers defender Alfie Kilgour was shown a second yellow for handball.
Then, looking to go for the kill, the brilliant Harry McKirdy came off the bench to finish Rovers off with a close-range finish and spark sheer jubilation in the away end.
