Swindon Town found themselves on the losing side on Saturday after suffering a narrow 2-1 loss to Port Vale at The County Ground.
In EFL Sky Bet League Two action at SN1, the Reds were unable to maintain their recent fine form.
Ben Garrity smashed home a superb volley to give Vale the lead in the first-half, a lead they were able to keep hold of heading in at the break.
It didn't last long in the second-half, though, with Alex Gilbert laying on a goal on a silver platter for Tyreece Simpson to restore parity.
Town had chances to take the lead with Simpson thudding a superb effort from distance against the crossbar, but it was the visitors who went on to steal all three points thanks to Garrity's second goal of the game
