Swindon Town secured a vital three points at home, defeating league leaders Forest Green Rovers in the EFL Sky Bet League Two, despite having defend for a long period with 10 men.

Louie Barry opened the scoring with a close-range finish, converting a Harry McKirdy cross in the 15th minute. This lead was added to by Jack Payne in the 40th minute by Jack Payne, who fired home from the edge of the box. 

Following a second yellow, Ellis Iandolo was shown the red card in the 53rd minute. Forest Green were able to get a footing back into the game, when Josh March netted in the 69th minute, however, Town were able to show resolute defending, and saw out the game to win earn a crucial three points.
