Swindon Town Football Club are delighted to announce that two coaches from Karachi FC will soon be making their way to SN1.

Swindon Town’s Vice Chairman, Zav Austin, said: “I am delighted to announce that we will be welcoming two coaches from Karachi FC to Swindon, in Basit and Zubair.

“Basit and Zubair stood out among their competitors and both boast great footballing minds. As a result, they have also been chosen to run the Karachi FC Academy, in association with Swindon Town Football Club.

“Basit and Zubair will be arriving in Swindon on April 17th and they will spend two weeks here, where they will learn our coaching methods and gain valuable experience alongside our coaches.

“This is another exciting step in the partnership between Karachi FC and Swindon Town, and I know you will all give both Basit and Zubair a huge Swindon welcome.

“We were again delighted with the talent we saw in Karachi last week, both on the playing and coaching side, and we’re more certain than ever that Karachi and Pakistan is a hotbed of footballing talent.

“We are very much looking forward to being able to offer places in our Academy to some of Karachi’s most talented youngsters in the near future, as well as setting up the Karachi FC Academy and giving Basit and Zubair the tools they need to produce a consistent conveyor belt of talent for Karachi FC.

“This is an exciting journey for both Swindon Town Football Club and Karachi FC, and this is only the beginning.”
