Swindon Town Defender Brandon Cooper says that he and his teammates must focus on what they do best when they take to the field this Saturday.
The Reds take on Scunthorpe United at The County Ground on Saturday (3pm Kick-Off), having dropped their last two games.
And, speaking to swindontownfc.co.uk earlier today, Cooper outlined why it is important that the Reds concentrate on themselves first
"The main thing is we focus on ourselves," Cooper said.
"We know the opponent in Scunthorpe but the main thing is focussing on us and what we can do. Scunthorpe had a good result on Saturday but every game of football is different.
You have to turn up and you have to get over the white line and work hard from the first minute.
"If we can do that, get out there and compete then we've got enough quality to go and win any game in this league.
"If we can get out, compete early, get some goals, enjoy the game and get the win that would be great.
"There's been things over the last couple of games that I can improve on, and there's been a few mistakes that I will cut out and that's all I can control.
"If I can demand more from other people I will do it because I want the team to do well and it will help all of us individually and as a team.
"It is a case of always wanting more and always trying to be better. If we can do that as a team and focus on us, then the rest and the score will take care of itself."
