Swindon Town want to make fans aware of some important information in regards to our upcoming fixture against Colchester United.

Ben Garner's team make the trip to JobServe Community Stadium on Saturday 29th January 2022 - 3pm Kick-Off - to take on the U's. 

And, ahead of the game, we would like to make fans aware of some important information relating to purchasing match tickets for the game.

In conjunction with Colchester's ticketing system brought in during the Pandemic, fans must purchase a Match Permit in order to attend this game.

These must be purchased directly through Colchester United.

Match Permits can be purchased online right up until kick-off and Colchester have scanners that can read a permit from a print out or from the screen of a smart phone.

TO CLARIFY, THERE WILL BE NO PHONE SALES OR IN-PERSON SALES.

The only exception is for ambulant disabled/wheelchair and carer (those that have DLA/PIP) whose permits MUST be purchased over the phone. The ticket office number for these purchases is 01206 755161 (Monday to Friday 10-3, unless otherwise stated on Colchester's site).

Town fans will be located in the North Stand behind the goal.

To allow groups of fans to sit together whilst operating social distancing (when appropriate) fans can create their own groups (‘bubbles’). This will allocate tickets together with anyone else that purchased tickets in the same sections using the same group name.

When the purchase has been made a confirmation email will be sent advising what happens next.

(Do note tickets are non-refundable)

Information regarding your permit will also be available via a dashboard when you log in to the colutickets.com account you will have created to buy the permit. You will also be able to buy stadium parking via the dashboard on a first come first serve basis.

Please note - Colchester United is a cashless stadium.
