Swindon Town gave it everything they had in a brave 4-1 loss to Manchester City in the Third Round of the Emirates FA Cup on Friday night.
With a sold-out County Ground and the ITV cameras in attendance, the Sky Blues brought a talent-laden team to SN1 but Ben Garner's side did themselves proud.
Goals from Bernado Silva and Gabriel Jesus put City 2-0 up at the break, before Ilkay Gundogan's free-kick added a third for the visitors.
However, Lewis Ward stepped up to save a penalty from Jesus before Harry McKirdy scored to pull one back, sending The County Ground into raptures.
There wasn't to be an epic comeback, though, with the impressive Cole Palmer wrapping up the win for Man City, but it was a performance and a night everyone at Swindon Town could be very proud of.
