Swindon Town Football Club can confirm that Kaine Kesler-Hayden has been recalled by parent club Aston Villa with immediate effect.
The highly-rated defender arrived at SN1 on loan in August, and he immediately made a huge impact for Ben Garner's team.
Starting 19 games for the Reds, Kesler-Hayden showed immense progress and development during his time at The County Ground.
He became a firm fans' favourite thanks to his marauding runs forward and his ability to make things happen.
He also won plaudits for his all-action approach and willingness to get stuck in at all times, while the defender earned call-ups to the England U20s set-up while with Town.
There is no doubt that Kesler-Hayden will be forever remembered for scoring the goal that sent Town through to the Third Round of the Emirates FA Cup, while he also produced a hugely impressive performance against a talent-laden Manchester City team in what turned out to his final appearance in a Swindon shirt.
Everyone at Swindon Town Football Club would like to thank Kaine for his considerable efforts during his time with us, and we wish you the very best of luck for the future - we have no doubt you will go on to achieve big things in the game!
